Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

Ideally, we would not like our valuable customers to leave unhappy or unsatisfied but even if after all our efforts, a customer is willing to have a refund for his/her order; we offer free and hassle free returns and exchange with no questions asked. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange the product.

Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

 

Refund:

We do not accept any exchange and return requests for products purchased during a SALE

Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment i.e. on prepaid orders (Bank Transfer, NEFT, UPI, etc)

Payments made with Cash On Delivery Option will be refunded in their bank accounts.

We take your bank account details along with a copy of cancelled cheque and we do a bank transfer. In this the money will get credited in your account within 5-7 working days.
