Terms of service

Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be incomplete, worn, soiled, used or damaged or anything we reasonably believe has been used we will not be able to refund your money or help you with the exchange. 

Items must be with all tags attached and any related accessories included and where applicable, with all complimentary gifts included in the order.

The entire exchange or return process typically takes 10 to 15 working days; however, timelines may vary based on your shipping location

The to and fro courier cost will be borne by US if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products.

If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.sabhyatabags.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
